ERNEST LEE is the managing partner of the firm, with a broad range of business, legal and tax experience.  



Ernest advises individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts regarding US domestic and international tax planning, specifically in regard to cryptocurrencies and similar emerging technologies.  In addition to an extensive background in tax, Ernest has significant experience relating to the cryptocurrency industry.  Ernest helps everyone from casual to professional traders to coin developers and exchange providers, maximizing clients' profits while minimizing their US federal and state tax liabilities and fulfilling any reporting requirements. 

Ernest graduated in the top 15% of his class with a J.D. from Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2002, studying International and Comparative Legal and Tax Systems at the University of London, Institute for Advanced Legal Studies.   Ernest earned a B.A. from University of Hawaii in 1998 and was retired from the United States Army in 1993.   Ernest is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and regularly represents clients before the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. 



Ernest is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, International Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association and the Cryptocurrency Taxation Institute.

Ernest established the firm with offices in Pennsylvania and London in 2005, providing professional services to multinational individual, corporate and private equity clients.



Ernest continues to bring together people with the shared belief that a practice should be built on providing reliable professional service while maintaining the trust of its people and of its clients.
